Day 4 Coos Bay

For the 4th of July, we took a 5-day tour. We went to Crater Lake, Redwoods, and up to Coos Bay on our way home. It was great, we loved all of hte trip and we have a zillion pictures to share. I posted these backwards, sorry, but at least you'll see the trip in some order, even if it is reverse chronological. :)

He was not too impressed with the starfish. This was at a little State Park (Pistol Creek, great name!) along the way. We had plenty of time that day, so we had a break from the car and stumbled upon a really fun beach area.

This is a very happy boy!

Again, throwing rocks into water. We collected a few tiny pebbles on our walk out there, and he stopped at every water crossing and threw the same rock into the water, then retrieved it, put it in the bucket and walked to more water.

That evening we went to the sand dunes outside of Coos Bay. This was him on the overlook.

Can you just hear him?

He collected this feather, which is super gross to me, but since he knew what it was (Thank you Elmo) I didn't have the heart to take it away.
