When we got to town, we took some lunch to a park with a tunnel. Josh is HUGE on tunnels lately, since daddy taught him about tunnels with his train track. This park with this simple tunnel was a daily topic of conversation.
This picture shows his enthusiasm nicely.
My personal goal was to drive through a tree, so we did that within hours of reaching the area. Our car had just a few inches of clearance, but we made it!
This is a Very Happy Girl!

We stopped at a grove of trees for a stroller walk. Josh loves to say stoller walk...it sounds more like stro wok, but we know what he means.
Daddy and Joshy decided to climb this fallen Redwoods tree.
Such adventurers.
We stopped a beach before dinner, and Josh loved that you could use the seashells for shovels. Tools all around you!

This is Joshy's trip--in the back seat, strapped in tight, watching either Shrek or Cars. Seriously, only those two allllllll trip!
