I wish I could tell you that they are cause and effect smiles--as in he smiles when you talk to him or at the mention of grandparents, but really they are very random. They sure make me smile though, so I hope they do you too!

First Smiles
Josh has started to smile this week. I have been trying all week to get a good photo of his gummy smile, but it's pretty unpredictable and fleeting. We took a video the other night and I have saved some of the frames as pictures, so that is why these are a bit grainy. I figure they get the point across, though.
I wish I could tell you that they are cause and effect smiles--as in he smiles when you talk to him or at the mention of grandparents, but really they are very random. They sure make me smile though, so I hope they do you too!
