Starting Young

Josh helped Daddy do some dirt-moving in our yard this weekend. Actually, yesterday he only got to sit on Daddy's lap and play with the levers. Today he got to sit on Daddy's lap while the tractor moved and he got to sit in the seat all by himself. It goes without saying, Josh was in seventh heaven!!

When we took him off because we didn't want him to get bored, he would run back to the ladder and hold up his arms.


He's actually loving it, even though his face seems a bit tentative. He was taking it all in, and he loved the noises it made.

Josh is steering it all by hismelf! Mike's hands are off the wheel.


We were rock pickers this morning. Josh was very good at this. His three rocks really helped us out. (One of his contributing rocks was about the size of a pea, but they all count!)
