Labor Day in Bozeman

For our Labor Day weekend, we zoomed up to Bozeman for a quick trip to get baby stuff. We crammed as much fun as we could into the short time we were there, and here are the pictures to prove it.

This is just a sweet smile from our walk as the sun was going down.

Josh got a John Deere ride on toy for his birthday from Gramma and Grampa Wright. Unfortunately, we could not fit it in the car on that trip home. Good thing it was in Bozeman, becuase it was a huge hit! He rode that thing alllll over our neighborhood. Sometimes he had to push it, but that was super fun too. Notice that he's avoiding the puddle but manages to step right in it anyway. Boys!

We had many, many high speed crashes. Daddy happened to catch this one on camera, so you can see just how acrobatic Josh is. :)

Here is his entourage for our Friday night walk. The Grandparents, the Parents, and our friend/roommate Betty.

This boy works like a dog. Put your head down and PUSH!

Don't you think this is a great little boy devilish look?

This is our house with its new landscape. I love that we have GRASS!

Sunday before we left, we grabbed some lunch and went to a park to eat it. We found a little hill (Grampa says it looks like the park is pregnant...or that they've buried a pile of Indians.). What a great opportunity to teach Josh how to ROLL. Daddy gave a few hands on lessons.

This is Josh's roll. It's not quite aerodynamic, lots of limbs flailing, but it was good watching.

Josh thought daddy should go every time, so here was Joshy helping Daddy up the hill. He rolled down to Daddy and said Stand Up, then Turn Around, then Go. Such a little Hitler!

Before we found the rolling hill, we took time to stop and smell the roses. When he was telling us about it, Josh pointed to his nose. He's constantly learning so many little things!

This one just cracks me up. I've been telling him that there is a baby in my belly, and he likes to kiss my belly button. So Grampa asked him about his shirt under his jacket, and JOsh pulled up his shirt to show off his belly and said Joshy's Baby. He came over with his shirt up to let me kiss his baby. I guess we'll keep working on the lesson...
