A Hiking We Will Go

We took the boys to the Cottonwood trail of the Bridgers. This was Luke's first unassisted (no stroller, no backpack) hike. He did so great!

Josh did great too, but he took a lot of breaks.

Quickly Josh had convinced Luke that taking breaks was The Thing To Do.

They were brave when it was time to cross the river on the log bridge.

And Josh was super brave playing in the creek.  He climbed up to the rocks on top of the "waterfalls" and was so proud of himself!

He played around in the water for about 15 minutes!

This is what Luke did while Josh was splashing around. Threw sticks, rocks, grass, leaves, and dirt into the water.
