Unfortunately, the place we went was crowded and had gobs of snow. This is Derek and Mike trying to get Derek's truck chained up. Luke seems curious and ready to help.
While the guys were getting unstuck, Josh was off trying to pioneer a sledding hill.
We finally got serious about getting a tree, and this is the tree that Josh wanted to take home. We told him that it was a little big.
Luke was tired of looking for trees in the snow. Poor guy was so sad.
Here is our prized catch. It's a bit of a Charlie Brown tree, but we like it. Josh thinks it looks fabulous, in his words.
