Big Day

Today was a very big day for Josh. First we hung Christmas lights, then he went to work with Daddy, then we went to a parade and visited Santa Claus. In his spare time, Josh managed to knock over the Christmas tree. It scared him to death, so maybe this won't happen again? Right, Kathi, Right.

We had to hang lights outside so that Santa would know where we live. Josh took this job Very Seriously! (Notice that he's holding a vice grip, not even a hammer or anything remotely useful. Don't tell him!)

Here he's helping Daddy on the ladder. He wanted to climb on the roof but his dreadfully mean parents would only let him go up 4 rungs.

This is one happy parade watcher. He loved looking at all the Christmas stuff and getting candy. He especially liked the glow in the dark bracelets he got. Lucky boy!

These are the most uncharacteristic photos of Josh that we've ever taken. He's not making any facial expression. Not a roar, not a smile, not a frown. To be fair, he was tired from his big day, and he was a bit overwhelmed by the crowd. Still, no expression whatsoever. It's amazing.

This is for when our second son asks me where his Santa 2008 photo is. (that belly is HUGE!! 10 more days)
