We went to Crescent Lake, about 2 hours from here, yesterday to go fishing with our friends and co-workers, Neil and Clif. We could not ask for a better day, it was perfect weather and a beautiful lake. Unfortunately, the fish were not biting, but we had fun anyway. Josh was a good boater. He only looked like he wanted to climb out of the boat twice, and he only fussed about his life jacket for a few short protests.
Look at how clear the water was! Josh was just getting the hang of being on the boat when we took this picture.
This is just a cute picture of his little face. Look closely and you'll see cheeto drool on the lifejacket. I could not be more proud.
Just hanging out, staying warm and fishing together.
